Wickedly Chic Halloween Bar Cart
Halloween celebrations are quickly approaching and one way to get into the spirit is by creating a Halloween Bar cart!
These wickedly easy tips are perfect for turning your booze cart into a “boos” cart (sorry, I had too). If you have a bar cart and plan on entertaining this Halloween season or simply want to infuse some seasonal decor into your home, use these ideas to make it Halloween-chic!
Keep It Simple
When decorating my bar cart, I made sure to keep it simple. An overly stuffed cart is far from appealing, so if you feel your cart is looking full, start by trimming down to the basics and slowly add items back in. Simple = Chic.
Make the Perfect Creepy Cocktail
I picked two cocktail recipes (gin & tonic and an espresso martini) and decorated the cart with just enough items to make them. If you want to be really extra (which I know you do), have the color of your booze match the color of your decor. I picked up Hendricks gin to fit my wickedly chic decor.
Please enjoy responsibly.
Grab A Garnish
For an added element of spook, I added some dark drink embellishments. I love using blackberries and black rock candy as a Halloween drink garnish.
Spook It Up
To enhance the look of the cart, I added some additional pieces of decor. A black sequin wreath, peel and stick bats, books do the trick (and treat).
Place these paint-safe bats on the wall right above your cart. Another way to bring your Halloween bar cart to life is to add a stack of dark colored books, moody colors preferred! Lastly, I printed out some eerie photographs I found online and put them in black picture frames. I printed my photographs out at Fedex for a total of $2.00, what’s not to love?!
I linked the photos I used as well as some others for more ideas!
